I currently serve as a Senior Engineer focused on DevOps for a hospitality SaaS provider. My remit spans architecting cloud-native platforms, creating paved paths for delivery, and mentoring teams so they can ship confidently. The projects I lead sit at the intersection of infrastructure, application reliability, and executive visibility.
Over the past several years I have architected new QA-QA4 and next-generation Dev/Prod environments to boost availability and network resiliency. I embraced chaos engineering and fault-injection exercises to validate that redundancy plans hold up under pressure. The work pairs technical rigor with stakeholder communication so leadership can trust the platform roadmap.
Strategic platforms I built
- Designed an internal product that gives developers fully containerized, end-to-end isolated environments with a self-service deployment dashboard built on open-source plugins.
- Integrated a service mesh to visualize and govern interactions between microservices and legacy monoliths, clarifying ownership and traffic policies.
- Connected AD, jFrog Artifactory, AWS, Kubernetes, Grafana, Vault, and other internal applications through OneLogin (SSO) using OpenID Connect and SAML.
- Centralized AWS VPC resources, migrated Active Directories and Jenkins workloads, and stood up a new EKS cluster dedicated to CI/CD builds and Vault workloads.
Automation & observability
Automation is my lever for speed. I codified environment provisioning with Jenkins DSL and Groovy, built CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, Helm, and Kustomize, and wired deployments straight into Kubernetes clusters. For insight and governance I deployed Prometheus, Grafana, Helm, AWS ALB Ingress Controller, External DNS, and Metrics Server alongside centralized logging with Fluent Bit, Lua, OpenSearch, and Kibana.
These investments helped agile teams test new features rapidly while keeping compliance and audit needs satisfied. They also cut AWS spend by 45% through disciplined resource planning and utilization analytics.
How I enable teams
- Provide expert guidance on CI/CD processes, testing automation, and release readiness reporting.
- Orchestrate updates for Jenkins plugins, servers, Kubernetes clusters, and supporting components to keep the toolchain secure.
- Coach teams on containerization best practices and self-service deployment workflows.
- Bring cross-functional stakeholders together to define reliability goals, run game days, and iterate on runbooks.
Let’s collaborate
Whether you need isolated developer environments, resilient multi-cluster architectures, or end-to-end observability, I can help you move from idea to impact. Let’s discuss the challenges in front of your team and craft the automation, service mesh, and platform patterns that will unlock your next wave of delivery.
